I sit here night after night counting my wrongs And things I should make right.

There was never a fear of me being out and about and being attacked. There was a fear of me leaving and never coming back.

Can feel like the worst kind,  especially when you are raised by a borderline. Gaslighting marathons.  Angry outbursts. No accountability…

This foggy evening was a sweet song. Only kisses and laughs to it belonged.
